We at G×Bar are looking for a G×Bar Manager to join our team!

We will likely be a match if you:

1. Have at least two years of experience as a manager

2. Know how to collaborate effectively with teams, contractors, and clients

3. Understand the role and challenges of a leader

4. Can handle financial reports and plans

What you'll do:

1. Organize the work of administrators and beauty specialists

2. Maintain wow client service and review any negative feedback with the team

3. Oversee the training and ensure specialists and admins comply with the work standards

4. Consistently work to improve team satisfaction

5. Control the purchase of consumables for the team and fill out the checklist weekly

6. Manage financial plans and operational expenses at G×Bar

7. Complete operational reports daily

8. Monitor transactions and ensure the team complies with financial instructions 

9. Set goals and sales plans for the team

10. Oversee the space and assess the need for renovations

11. Be an ambassador of our company values and support G corporate culture
